You also will live life to the fullest!

With so much uncertainty in the air, due to gossips about the company's downsizing plans, I walked up to my manager for a heart to heart talk. "Boss, I've been hearing a lot of gossips about the organisation's downsizing plans. Where do I stand in this turmoil?", asked I. My manager responded saying, "I'm here to stay and you don't have to worry about your place as long as I'm here." With that assurance,I carried on with the chores of the day in spite of the negative vibes all around me. A week has passed by and I am reminded of what Jesus told his disciples; "Because I live, you also will live"(John 14:19). Management decisions can change in a flip of a coin, but God's faithfulness remains immutable. There is strength to face the uncertainties and the fears about future, knowing that our loving Saviour lives. When your trials and tribulations seem to sweep you under the rug, remember that He lives and He is going to keep you alive and above, irrespective of the circumstances. You shall prevail and win every situation if you would dare to count on His promise. Because He Lives, you also will live!

Ten Years

Decisive moments become memories and nurtured memories become history. The ones who capture the moments to make them memoirs are the ones who make history. A decade has passed by but the memories are vivid without any decay. On March 13th 2002, when I left home in the morning, I never thought that it would be a day etched in my memories. It was around 3pm, the moment I surrendered to the LORD of my life. In retrospect, when I'm being blamed for the changes my loved ones see in me, I'm grateful for what He continues to do in me. Old sunday school chorus is chiming in my head when I'm typing this post of mine.(He's still working on me...to make me what I ought to be...). With that confidence I also have the responsibility of yielding myself to His will so that I will be what He wants me to be. I've heard people say that change is good. I believe change is good when the present is not good enough. I'm glad I have an unchanging Saviour who is the best I can ask for. As I'm growing old, I've noticed the changes in my perspective, my understanding, my expressions, and the I. Rich Mullins, I hardly knew about him during his lifetime has left an ever-growing impression in my thoughts. I've learnt that God is not short of creativity to produce multiple copies of same personality. If I would let Him work in me, He will make me a masterpiece. If you've read this rambling this far, I have a divine message. You are God's masterpiece in the making. He Loves you and has a wonderful plan for you. Will you let Him complete what He has begun in you?

It's Christmas!

On a cold winter night, a group of shepherds while guarding their flock had this wonderful
opportunity to meet an angel. Little did they understood, when the angel said “Today in the town
of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord”. In wonder, they ran in search of
this little Child who is going to set them free, without knowing from what, but with the Hope that
their life will never be the same again. When they saw the Baby wound in rags, lying in a
manger, they rejoiced knowing that the news brought by the angel was true. Two thousand years
have gone by, but the influence of this good news on lives have not changed.
There is not one person in this universe who enjoys life hoping that tomorrow, everything will get
worse. Hope, is a mysterious trait God has impregnated in every human heart. It is hope, which
keeps a human being live by morals. It is hope, which keeps everyone expecting a better
tomorrow. In spite of the impact of hope on human lives, there is always an element of
uncertainty attached to hope. Jesus came into this world, so that you and I can be built with Hope
filled with certainty. Jesus died on the cross, and rose again, so that you and I can have the hope
of eternity. Jesus is the “Hope of Glory” who can transform your life which is filled with
uncertainty because of every human sin. He paid the price, so that you can receive this
forgiveness and enjoy a future that is certain filled with joy and wonder.
If you’ve not experienced this yet, all you have to do is repeat the prayer below with all your heart.
“Father, thank you for your precious son Jesus, who paid the price for all my sins, so that I can
live in freedom knowing that there is a certain joyful eternity in store for me. I want you to be the
Lord of my Life, setting everything right so that I do not have to continue in the bondage of sin, but
live a life that is free from everything that is against your will. I thank you for this wonderful gift,
Jesus. In Jesus Name I Pray. Amen.”
My Friend, If you have prayed this prayer, be rest assured, your life is no more the same, as you
have Jesus on your side, the “Hope of Glory” to lead you to eternity. Merry Christmas! God bless
you!

9860 Days

After a long time(really long) I've decided to pen my thoughts. I'm not sure whether my friends who use to check my blog when I started will ever land in this page. With such a thought running in the background, I've decided to capture the moment with electronic ink. Its been 9860 days since I stepped into this world. From Anik spray, Farex to Whey Protein, lean boy to muscular man, Water paint to Photoshop, no-school cries to 14-hours-a-day-in-office, things have changed and evolved but cannot fathom the Love of the Father in Heaven which has not changed even to the negligible decimals. God in His sovereign wisdom has orchestrated everything to perfection, starting from every drop of water that I consume, every breath I take, the scenic beauty that I enjoy, the tough times I pass through and the joyful moments I cherish to draw me closer to Him. When I look back at my stride, I might regret the things I've done, which I wouldn't be proud of, but I will never regret God's intervention in all those moments. This is to testify that there is a God who is concerned of us in spite of our knowledge of His existence. Psalmist beautifully says, "In Your Light, we see light". We never acknowledge the presence of the light which makes us enjoy the different hues around us, yet it is the light which is the reason for the colors we see. God through His glorious Light has blessed us with this wonderful life, but we mostly fail to acknowledge His existence. Among those 9860 days, it were those moments which I've spent acknowledging God's existence have been the reason for the sustenance of the personality Dinesh. My dear loved ones, I would have wronged you at times because of my finite understanding of the things to come. Forgive me for such instances and remember that Jesus loves you and HE will fulfill His purpose for your life.

Ore Loves for ...

Couldn't justify myself by keeping all the excitement within me without sharing, when everyone's talking about a crazy little thing called L.O.V.E. In reality, its the biggest thing. 'Love is in the air!' Is there anyone to disagree? I recently read a blog of my friend talking about Love! Way too impressive, for I've never seen his creativity to its heights. Love, makes people go high in their senses as if someone's hitting hard on the gas pedal of a formula one ferrari (Doesn't make me a ferrari fan!)! High acceleration, nitro-booster thrills, and sheer excitements were alway been the symptoms of Love. Love has been an easy way for a cloud 9 expedition!

I remember a beautiful quote which slipped out from someone(couldn't remember who it was)!
"It hurts because, people FALL in LOVE! Instead, why shouldn't they try a proper landing gear?" Sounded funny, but its worth a thought, though its not what I'm actually talking about. Even heard some great personalities, whom i personally admire state that, "Love hurts!". Does it really? Read many,(when i say many, i mean it!) articles on Love, written by its critics(not really) as well as its admirers, but none could take the place of a piece of scripture, which describes the characteristics of Love! Wow! No one could disagree with that specific chapter, written by a person who has been running around with an agenda. Its amazing, he had no close relations mentioned in the scripture, whom he's been inspired of! But fell in Love with Someone, whom he met "in a vision" while on a mission to Damascus! Couldn't believe, this encounter made him, what he could never have been! This solitary, yet an ambitious, brave, passionate and dynamic person was talkin about Love, which none can deny! Wow! Way to go Paul! You are rocking!!! He says "

Love is patient,
love is kind. It does not envy,
it does not boast,
it is not proud. It is not rude,
it is not self-seeking,
it is not easily angered,
it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects,
always trusts,
always hopes,
always perseveres.
Love never fails.

People have lost the "LOVE of their life" and struggled half way down to keep it going the way it was. Questions were tossing in my mind, thinking about the intricacies and complications defined by LOVE in the arena of LIFE! I'm not here to justify what is true LOVE and what is NOT, but would LOVE to leave a thought worth working on to make you the master of LOVE!

Few days ago, I had the opportunity to have a brief chat with somenone whose name is synonymous to that of a lush green, dew spread, sun kissed and flower tinted country meadow!
There is a reason for describing this persona for she expounded the secret of the most longed for, crazy big thing called LOVE in just a small 5 word sentence. She, struck the exact chord which reverberates me to the hidden treasure in me, which i believe, lies in each one of us, left unattended. This mere realisation of the fact that, the LOVE OF OUR LIFE is still waiting for our attention, to make us all what we ought to be, erupts an invincible joy, spreading the scintillating feeling all through me! This makes me realise, the reason and the ultimate purpose for which we have been running around without knowing where to look for. Even Paul, was obsessed with it! This LOVE has made him what He was. This LOVE changes lives, sets people free from bondages and addiction, makes them run the race with all that they have, makes them fight the battle with valour and honour! All these glorious truths where hidden in "My LOVE", which she beautifully crafted in one small sentence, which i would exhort you to think over and over again! The sentence in her own lingo (with a blush on her face which i couldn't actually see because of the mode of communication, but could actually sense) (nothing could sound so romantic) which made a big difference was "Ore Loves for JESUS da!"

Inspiration!!!

I deeply acknowledge the person who was a second inspiration next to Jesus to start blogging!
Prof.Subiksha!!! Hats Off!!!

The fans were spreading the heat, which was descending upon the roof in a mid-summer afternoon. The only comfort about the fans were that, it kept us from getting wet with sweat. Inspite of the scorching heat, there was no lack of joy and excitement, as the new chorus was filling the hearts with an invincible joy. The song was "Jeevikkiraar, yesu jeevikkiraar...."(Jesus is alive). VBS was never so exciting as it was, when i was in my eighth.
To bring the soaring spirits down, the fans stopped spinning as if someone's trying to apply brake on the bearings. The person on stage with a never give-up attitude, said "lets sing this new song once again with all that we have, and when we finish, God will provide us the electricity. No idea, how he dare to say that power supply will start flowing again. To our amusement, the power turned on exactly when the song ended. That moment was an unforgettable one! a great lesson too!!

That was not the end of the story. Came back home and htrew the excitement on everyone. At the end of the summer holiday, got ready to move to my home from my loving grandma's house. (miss them a lot!!!) Waiting for the bus made me restless, resulting in the genesis of a great miracle singer. Started humming the verses of the song. To my mother's amusement tis time, the bus came as soon as i ended the song. And still it was not the end.....

Never failed to use this song, when i use to stand at the railway station t the last moments, waiting for the one which goes to avadi. (Onlt source of transport to my college(St. Peter's engineering) ). During those golden days of my engineering, we had a get together, and on the way back home, we were stuck in a small concrete roofed bus stop in a small village because of rain. I told my friend, that the rain will stop if i sing that beautiful song. It still makes me wonder how i said that, but i did. This time, no idea what was going to happen, but with a little hope, stretched my hand out of the shade to check whether the shower has stopped. It didn't! But didn't give up, as i have completed only the first stanza. Had one more stanza to stretch the time, but the one who acknowledged the song was so faithful, that the shower stopped. We were thrilled at the splendor and power of the hero of that song.

Days have passed, sorry, years have passed, but the incidents have not faded. No more trials with that lovely song. Even today, the miracle continues! The song was nothing special in terms of its tune, but it was very powerful because of its hero. Whoever you might be, the one reading this, you can definitely taste the wonder in your life, not by singing the same song, but by trusting the Hero of this song! Even the bible say, "His Name is Wonderful". Just try Him. Tell Him what you feel. He will do a miracle, rather He will be a miracle in your Life! His name is JESUS!!!
